Mr. Templin is a Vice President with Blue Vista, a real estate investment management firm based in Chicago, IL with over $700 million under management. Blue Vista has acquired and/or developed more than 40 off-campus student housing assets valued in excess of $1.1 billion in over 35 markets. Mr. Templin is responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting and closing transactions and joint venture relationships for its various funds. Since joining Blue Vista in 2006, he has assisted in the acquisition and financing of over $1 billion of assets across many sectors with a focus on multifamily and student housing. He is also responsible for helping manage Blue Vista’s lender relationships and originating debt for investment and refinancing opportunities in the various Blue Vista funds.
