Stephen York is a Director at Arbor Commercial Mortgage, responsible for originating Fannie Mae, FHA, CMBS, Bridge, Mezzanine, and Preferred Equity transactions nationwide.
Mr. York joined Arbor in 2005 with expertise that extends across all commercial finance transactions. He possesses an executed portfolio of several thousand Multifamily, Seniors Housing, Affordable Housing, Manufactured Housing and Mixed Use properties. His clients include some of the largest private equity firms and multifamily owners in the nation.
Mr. York’s experience and knowledge-based consultative style has earned him recognition in numerous industry periodicals, multiple promotions with Arbor Commercial Mortgage and a trusting clientele.
He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and graduated from Queens College with a Bachelors of Business (Cum Laude) in Finance.
