Robert Rotach
Vice President/Deputy Chief Underwriter of FHA Finance Division Walker & Dunlop
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Rob was an assistant vice president & senior FHA underwriter at Wells Fargo Bank where he was responsible for managing the underwriting and due diligence process for FHA/HUD insured multifamily loans. Rob has extensive affordable housing experience and is a contributing member on HUD’s LIHTC processing improvement pilot program. During his career, Rob has evaluated and underwritten over $475 million of multifamily loans throughout the United States. Rob received his Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.
