Kyle Williams, Underwriting/Credit Partner for the Dallas region, is responsible for analysis, modeling, underwriting and closing of new CMBS loan originated by the Dallas region. Mr. Williams has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience as a lender, broker, originator and servicer. Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Williams was a Senior Vice President at C-III, a large Special Servicer, focusing on REO properties. Mr. Williams ran the Northwest Regional office for GE Real Estate from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that he was a Director of HFF, Inc., specializing in large value-add transactions from 2001-2006. From 1997 to 2001, he was a Senior Vice President at Archon Financial/Goldman Sachs Commercial Mortgage in charge of underwriting and closing transactions on both the East and West Coasts. From 1985 to 1997, he worked for Chase Bank of Texas (and its predecessor banks) as a Vice President; handling large commercial real estate clients and all their banking needs. All told, Mr. Williams has been involved in the origination, underwriting, closing and securitizing over $3B in his real estate career.
