Kiley has been in the multifamily sector for over eight years. She currently serves as Vice President of Client Relations with CARES by Apartment Life. Kiley has had direct responsibility for branding CARES and integrating it into the multifamily space along with the development and management of the Resident Retention Life Cycle. She has proven experience in growing Apartment Life's largest region, Dallas/Fort Worth while leading a team of over 100 professionals.
Kiley is active within the local and national apartment associations, as well as NMHC. She speaks and consults with hundreds of multifamily professionals every year on resident retention solutions.
Kiley has been married to her husband Chad for 14 years and they have three children – Jackson, Ellie, & Cooper. She is an avid runner and has completed two marathons. Kiley holds a BS from Texas A&M University.
Apartment Life was founded in 2000 and specializes in providing onsite Resident Retention services for over 350 multifamily communities (100,000 units) for over 100 different customers. Apartment Life has 750 Associates and is providing Resident Retention services to ~30% of the Class A and B apartment communities in DFW.
