Kelli Carhart

Kelli Carhart is Associate Director of Multifamily Production in Freddie Mac’s Central Region, spanning 14 states and representing annual production in excess of $4 billion.  Ms. Carhart is responsible for sourcing and structuring multifamily transactions through Freddie Mac’s extensive network of seller-servicers.  During her seven-year tenure at Freddie Mac, Ms. Carhart has sourced over $5.5 billion in multifamily transactions; establishing herself as a top producer nationally for Freddie Mac, and receiving special recognition for her contribution to the launch of the institution’s securitized products. 

In addition to multifamily lending, Ms. Carhart is actively involved in the expansion of Freddie Mac’s student housing lending capabilities – contributing to program-design parameters and Borrower relationships, and personally initiating over $200 million in student housing transactions.

Ms. Carhart began her career as a Credit Analyst with Chicago-based Oak Brook Bank (now MB Financial).  Ms. Carhart holds a BBA in Finance and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
