Joseph Springsteen is Managing Director - Business Development for WRH Realty Services, Inc.  Mr. Springsteen is responsible for national business development of WRH's multi-family property management and client services platforms.  His primary focus is helping asset managers, investors and owners of multi-family apartment complexes identify and acquire investment opportunities, maximize asset performance, and enhance property values.  WRH currently manages a diverse 16,000+ unit portfolio of luxury, conventional, affordable, high rise and senior properties, with over 500 highly motivated, client-focused property management professionals, across the Sunbelt.

Prior to joining WRH, Mr. Springsteen built a successful track record over the past 7 years, leading or participating in over $400 million of real estate and real estate-related investments generating attractive risk-adjusted returns through current income and capital appreciation.  He has over 20 years combined experience including 13 years as a corporate attorney focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions both in house and in private practice for primarily Fortune 100 companies.  He has traveled extensively throughout the U.S., Asia, the Caribbean basin, and Central and South America on real estate, asset and company acquisition assignments.
