Ms. Granger has been an active member in the multifamily
business since 1988 and has worked in operations for Trammel Crow Residential, was
the Vice President of Marketing and Training/West for Archstone for 7 years and has been the Vice President of Marketing
and Education at ConAm Management
in San Diego for the last 8
years.
Her experience in
operations, marketing and education led her to spearhead the project of revenue
management at ConAm in 2009. Rather than
hiring an individual to begin the process, she and another member of the ConAm
team worked through the various stages
of implementation and served as a
pricing manager for the first 16 months
in addition to her current position. ConAm employs one person to perform the revenue management role with
support from Ms. Granger.
ConAm runs Yieldstar
on 549 units for a fee management
client and runs LRO on 41 communities and 10,463 units in 8 states.
