Daniel R. Worrall, CPA

Dan Worrall is a Principal in Reznick Group’s Atlanta office.  He has more than 11 years of public accounting experience encompassing audit, accounting, tax, cost certification and other relevant accounting services.  He has also worked as a corporate accountant for a publicly traded company.

Dan’s responsibilities at Reznick Group include planning and performing audit, tax, compliance testing and agreed upon procedures engagements for a variety of clients in the real estate industry as well as real estate clients in the nonprofit sector. His services to clients include conducting OMB A-133 audits for public housing and development authorities, preparing financial statement audits, tax return preparation, agreed upon procedures engagements, and evaluating internal controls to keep Reznick Group clients updated on government required standards.  Dan has also been involved in consulting services related to establishing corporate accounting structures and due diligence services related to the sale of companies.

Dan is also involved with running the day to day operations of the audit department in the Atlanta office.  He is also involved with the college recruiting process at the University of Alabama for the Atlanta office.
