Christina Steeg

Christina Steeg began her career in property management as the Director of Training for Midwest based Village Green Management. Facilitating sales training for the entire company, Christina eventually began to merge her skills into Marketing where she assumed the position of Director of Marketing & Training, remaining with Village Green until February of 2002. 

Having left Michigan to work for Denver based Simpson Property Group, a division of Simpson Housing L.L.L.P. an integrated real estate operating company, Christina now oversees Marketing & Training nationwide. Simpson is a developer and owner of multi-family communities located throughout the United States and is a eight time winner of the coveted "A List" award for excellence in customer service.

Working for Simpson has been a great experience, the organization lives by its vision, mission and values: offering distinctive, quality multi-family homes, creating an exceptional employee experience, and providing residents with exceptional customer service.  Christina oversees the  brand messaging for the company.  Christina also enjoys working  directly with the People Services department on recruiting, hiring, training and retaining the talent for Simpson Housing.
