Armand has been active in commercial real estate for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Transwestern, Armand handled dispositions for Fairfield Residential. In this capacity he established the direct in-house sales department and sold more than $1.2 billion of apartment units. During his tenure at Fairfield Residential, Armand also established the Investor Relations Department in order to deepen business ties with institutional capital sources. He also oversaw the development process on a number of the firm’s apartment ventures.
Armand’s background in sales and development was preceded as Vice-President of Acquisitions for pension fund advisors Lowe Enterprises and Lincoln Property Company. Armand handled the acquisition of more than 7,500 apartment units inTexas , Florida , Georgia , Utah and Nevada
Armand is a licensed Texas Real State Broker and received a B.S.M.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Harford and holds an M.B.A. in Finance from theUniversity of North Texas
