Andrew Livingstone

As Executive Director, Andrew Livingstone is responsible for leading Greystar’s Real Estate Services business group, which includes overseeing the management of the Company’s entire portfolio of over 185,000 units and 700 properties nationwide.  In addition to his responsibilities for Real Estate Operations, Andrew oversees the functional groups that support Greystar’s operating business units, including Information Technology, Financial Services, Talent Management, Marketing, Procurement, and Business Services.

As Executive Director and a member of the Company’s Executive Committee, Andrew has played a prominent role in establishing Greystar’s long-term strategic direction, and helping to position the Company as a premier real estate services firm and a leader in the multi-family housing industry.  Andrew led the integration efforts following Greystar’s acquisition of the JPI Property Management Company in 2009.  More recently, Andrew managed the integration of the Archon and Glacier portfolios. In addition to his role on the Executive Committee, Andrew leads the Management Committee, whose members include the Real Estate Operations leaders and the heads of the Company’s functional support groups.  This Committee establishes operating policies and best practices for the entire property management business.

Prior to his position as Executive Director, Andrew held several other leadership positions within Greystar, including Southeast Regional Partner.  Before joining Greystar in 1999, Andrew held various roles at Lincoln Property Company, including Regional Controller and Regional Property Manager.

Andrew is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he earned a degree in Accounting.  In addition to being a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, he is a Certified Apartment Manager, and holds a Florida Real Estate license.  He is a frequent speaker at industry-related events and meetings, including NHMC.  Andrew and his family reside in Tampa, Florida.
