Sue Vickery

Sue has been with Trammell Crow Residential since October, 2000 and handles asset management for the Southwest Division, which comprises Texas, Colorado, Nevada and Arizona.  In her role, Sue chooses and oversees the management companies on these assets, which encompasses budget review and approval, management agreement negotiation, and capital improvement implementation.  Sue also handles dispositions, to include broker and buyer selection, contract negotiation, and due diligence and closing coordination.  Sue is actively involved in the predevelopment process as well, assisting in plan review and interior design selections. During her tenure, she also oversaw the placement of equity from Trammell Crow Residential’s acquisition fund with AEW, and worked briefly as the Fort Hood housing Operations Director during the company’s involvement in military housing privatization.

Prior to joining Trammell Crow Residential, Sue was the Vice-President of Acquistions for CWS Apartment Homes, LLC.  Originally hired as a Regional Manager for CWS, Sue eventually took on the acquisition responsibilities within the company.  While with CWS she placed over $25 million of equity in 2 years, purchasing 10 multi-family properties in a variety of markets. 

She graduated from Towson University with a BS in Business.
