Michelle Betchner

Michelle Betchner is the Vice President of Performance with Pinnacle Family Companies.  She is currently responsible for overseeing various departments that include Marketing, Training and New Business Development.  Her team supports the company’s national portfolio ranging across approximately 150,000 units.  Ms. Betchner’s position is both strategic and operational in nature contributing to the implementation of comprehensive programs, initiatives, and tactics that promote the achievement of optimum operational, financial, and business performance.   Ms. Betchner maximizes the performance of Pinnacle’s Associates, which in turn maximizes the performance of the property as a whole.  She sets high Customer Service expectations enabling the properties to reach the high standards Pinnacle has come to expect from their assets.  She is a valued speaker and her expertise in our field is highly sought after. With more than 27 years experience in the Multi-housing industry, she has previously held such positions as Senior Vice President of Performance for Alliance Residential, Regional Manager and National Marketing and Training Director with Lincoln Property Company.

Ms. Betchner graduated from Arizona State University, Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Master in Education, Curriculum and Instruction.
