Julie Bonnin

Julie Bonnin has over 25 years of experience in supervising and managing real estate throughout the United States. Joining Asset Plus in 2001 as Vice President of Operations for Multi-family,  Julie’s business understanding and involvement of operations and new construction lease-ups found her serving in increased capacities which led her to the transition from multi-family to student housing.  Julie currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Asset Campus Housing and supervises the day-to-day operations of all our student housing properties.  As a byproduct of working for a third party management company for 18 years prior to joining Asset Campus, Julie understands clients’ individual and particular needs as it pertains to specific developments and markets.  She is a 1987 graduate of the University of Houston with an Associate’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Appraisals.
